Seventh-day Adventist University denies fundraising for LGBT org because of policies…

I found out tonight that my alma mater Andrews University, a Seventh-day Adventist university told the unofficial LGBT student organization (AULL4One) that they could not hold a fundraiser on campus for Project Fierce, an organization that houses LGBT homeless youth. Sadly the university has a policy that, while at least from what I see is backed by the 1st Amendment, doesn’t allow fundraising to be done for organizations that don’t have the same values and mission as the Seventh-day Adventist church or the University.

So here I am reaching out to all of you to ask you to donate to the online fundraiser that ALL4ONE is having. They are over their original goal, but let’s blow this puppy out of the water and show what true humanity looks like. We’ll show the university and the denomination that they are on the wrong side of morality.

Please share if you feel so inclined.
